Get ready for GigaStar Trading.

Here's how to prepare so you're ready to go when trading starts.

Something big is happening. GigaStar Trading, the secondary market platform built specifically for Channel Revenue Tokens (CRTs), is almost ready for live trading.

Investors in YouTube Creator channel offerings on GigaStar Market will be able to buy and sell CRTs on a digital Alternative Trading System (ATS) platform, after the initial primary market 12-month holding period.

That's a big deal to us. And like any market, showing up prepared makes a real difference.

We encourage you to use the time between now and launch to get trading ready - this post walks you through what to know and do before trading starts on the secondary market platform on July 1st, 2026.

There is no guarantee of an active or liquid secondary market, and investments are subject to market risk and will fluctuate in value. Investors may not be able to find a buyer, or the sale price could be much lower than the amount invested. Investment offerings are speculative, illiquid, and involve a high degree of risk, including the risk of loss of your entire investment.

Step 1: Understand the GigaStar Ecosystem

GigaStar Trading operates a separate platform from GigaStar Market, the primary market where Creators raise capital and Investors first purchase CRTs.

Think of them as distinct but connected parts of the same ecosystem, with GigaStar Portfolio acting as the bridge between them.

The GigaStar Ecosystem

NOTE: GigaStar Trading is a separate platform from GigaStar Market, so you a new account is required if you want to trade on GigaStar Trading. The good news is that our new single-sign-on app will allow users to access all GigaStar platforms, and signing up takes only minutes.

Step 2: Understand What a Secondary Market Actually Is

If you're new to the concept, here's the short version. A secondary market is where assets get bought and sold after their initial offering. The initial offering, or primary market, is where a Creator first offers CRTs to Investors. CRTs digitally represent rights to a revenue-share percentage and enable Investors to receive potential future YouTube ad revenue, distributed monthly. The secondary market is where Investors can later trade those CRTs with others if there is an active secondary market.

GigaStar Trading is a Broker-Dealer registered to operate a digital Alternative Trading System (ATS), which means it must follow certain SEC regulations.

Secondary markets also bring something the primary market can't: price discovery.

Price discovery is how the market arrives at a value for a CRT based on what buyers are willing to pay and what sellers are willing to accept at any given point in time. Put another way, the value of a CRT on the secondary market will reflect what Investors are willing to pay, and current CRT owners are willing to sell the CRT based on a Creator's current performance, growth trajectory, and market demand at any given point in time.

SECONDARY MARKET FAQS

NOTE: You don't have to be the original Investor to participate. If you missed a Creator's initial offering on GigaStar Market, GigaStar Trading will give you a second chance to get in, directly from other Investors who are ready to sell.

Step 3: Brush up on Key Trading Terms

Trading has its own language. Knowing the terms before you trade means you spend less time confused and more time confident. Here are the ones that matter most on GigaStar Trading.

The GigaStar Trading glossary defines terms you'll encounter on the platform.

Step 4: Know the Risks Before You Trade

GigaStar Trading is an investment platform, and all investments carry risk. Being "GigaStar Trading Ready" means being honest with yourself about what that means before live trading starts.

Channel Revenue Tokens (CRTs) digitally represent a percentage of a channel’s future YouTube revenue. The value of a CRT and the revenue it may generate can go up or down.

Note that CRTs are speculative, illiquid, and involve a high degree of risk, including the risk of loss of your entire investment. Past performance of a Creator's channel is not a guarantee of future earnings. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

A few specific risks worth understanding before you place your first order:

Liquidity risk - Not every CRT will have active buyers and sellers at all times. If you need to exit a position quickly, you may not always find a match at the price you want.

Creator performance risk - A Creator's ad revenue can fluctuate based on upload frequency, algorithm changes, advertiser demand, and audience shifts. All of these affect what CRT holders earn.

Platform risk - YouTube policy changes or a Creator's channel status can impact revenue distributions. These are factors outside GigaStar's control.

Market price risk - The price of a CRT on the secondary market is set by supply and demand. It may be higher or lower than the original offering price.

These are just some of the risks. Please read the offering documents and risk disclosures before investing.

Step 5: Open Your Account To Be Ready

Starting June 23rd, 2026, the first 200 Investors who open and fund a GigaStar Trading account and meet the eligibility terms may receive a $25 bonus. Eligibility is confirmed after the 30-day qualification period closes, not at account opening. View details here.
